A massive exhibition at Rodman Hall of the visceral and evocative paintings (with objects and other detritus) of Shawn Serfas. I bring a number of ideas to the table, from our shared histories in Saskatchewan to our ideas of narrative and experience.
A long and very amused response to Bill Burns’ excellent – and somewhat tragic, and surely absurd – exhibition Hans Ulrich Obrist Hear Us at Rodman Hall Art Centre.
