A selection of images by Gabrielle de Montmollin was on display at Mahtay Cafe (241 St. Paul Street, St. Catharines) in the Fall of 2022. These include works from the series Bird Women, Leading Ladies and Carnevale at the Hotel of the Bridge of Sighs.
Gabrielle de Montmollin is a Welland based artist and co founder of AIH Studios (179 East Main in downtown Welland). This is the second in a series of six exhibitions of Niagara based artists I’m curating in the Mahtay space.
Julianna D’Intino’s Connecting Rods: A Survey of Industry in the Niagara Region, 2015 – 2022 was on display at Mahtay Café & Lounge in their main space in the Fall of 2022.
This was the first in a series of curated exhibitions of Niagara based artists, that I’ve put together to show in the downtown of St. Catharines, beginning in the Fall of 2022 and coming to a close in the Spring of 2023.
